Our brand new 2020 home that we designed ourselves is filled with breathtaking views of Gunboat Bay, much brand new furniture and appliances, ready for you to enjoy a holiday getaway from the city of Vancouver, only 3 hours away. Radiant heated floors, an electric fireplace, and a bathtub for two, will help you restore as you bathe in our forest of 9.25 acres. We are a 20-minute walk from John Henry's Marina and a 10-minute walk from the Garden Bay Provincial Park where you can launch your kayak into Garden Bay or sit on their docks. The cycling or walking around Hotel Lake, Mixal Lake, Sakinaw Lake, Katherine Lake, and Garden Bay Lake are a real HIT workout with either gentle strolls along Garden Bay Lake and Katherine Lakes or more challenging hikes up and down hills to the other lakes in our region. Enjoy our sunny, south-facing paradise, nestled in the forest with Daniel Mountain behind and above us, also to be enjoyed for its spectacular views of Pender Harbour from the top. A perfect romantic getaway for a quiet couple or two.
