Positive: The sunsets and views from the property, the comfortable bed, the kitchen and facilities. The owners were great people to talk to. They met us when we first arrived and showed us all the amenities the property had to offer. Made us feel at home right away.

Negative: There wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Positive: Shelley and Peter are perfect hosts. Communication with them, from initial contact to check out, was excellent. The place is in a perfect location, close to several nice restaurants, as well as the myriad of local sites, parks and hiking trails in the area. We stayed in the King suite, which we found to be spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare pretty much any meal you may want. They also offer a bbq and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower. Body wash, shampoo and towels were provided and they also provided separate towels, robes and slippers to use when accessing the hot tub. If you are planning on visiting the Pender Harbor area, do yourself a favour and stay at Enchanter. We know we will be returning there.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. It was a perfect stay!

Positive: The unit was very pleasant and homey. Our hosts were very attentive and informative. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen well presented. The porch and swing chair were a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast and tea/cake. Well stocked IGA close by for provisions. Lots of lovely walks nearby. I asked about seeing some specific wildlife and was pointed to perfect spots. We were blessed with lovely weather but plenty of DVD's and games to make it a lovely stay even if you weren't so lucky. View is wonderful and we had deer walking across the garden as we watched them.

Negative: I never worked out the oven but i guess that's me just being a bit old and silly. LOL.

Positive: Shelley and Peter were excellent hosts and welcomed us and gave us recommendations for what to do in the area! Hot tub was welcome at the end of a long day of exploring. Madeira Park is stunning and close to many beautiful lakes and ocean views.

Negative: Not much to dislike but do be prepared for everything to close early including gas stations! Few spots to eat nearby.
