Positive: What can i say, Nouli is the best host from all the the hotels or apartments that I have visited in my life. She gave us the feeling of a family and helped us in whatever way she could. She helped us giving tips for travel, sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and even helped in medical emergencies. She was there whenever we needed something,. The apartment is well maintained, cleaned and beautiful. Every morning you can see the sunrise right from your apartment towards the ocean. You don't need any special spot, it's right in front of your doorstep. At night, you can have good dinner outside under the moon. It was a like a dream spot and we were lucky to find such an house and place. She even gave us sweets on arrival, bread and olives from her courtyard. What else can we ask for. One of the wonderful host and experiences we had at her place. Will visit her again in future whenever we come to the island. Its more than a 5star.. Than you Nouli for the wonderful time at your place. The rooms were spacious, bed was cleaned and had enough amenities in the kitchen to prepare food. Supermarket is 4 min drive, airport is 7 min drive and Fira is few km away.

Positive: We stayed at this property with two families, a total of 7 people, and had a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly nice and provided us with excellent support throughout our stay. The house is centrally located on the island, close to the airport, and situated in a quiet area with a great view. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and there was nothing we found lacking. Highly recommended!

Positive: IT WAS THE PERFECT STAY!!! AMAZING HOST, VERY FRIENDLY AND WARM. THE HOUSE WAS BIG AND SPACIOUS . FOR SURE THE MOST VALUE FOR MONEY CHOICE IN THE ISLAND. JUST BOOK IT , YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

Positive: The owner of the house is a wonderful and open person, she helped us without any problems when we needed it, she baked us a delicious cake to welcome us and when we were leaving, I received a small hand-painted picture as a gift, the conditions in the house were great and very cozy, the surroundings were beautiful.

Positive: The Sunshine House is a beautiful house located in Karterados. The house was incredibly spacious for a group of 6 and there were 2 bathrooms total. The kitchen was fully equipped for our to cook at home and do laundry with the washing machine. Everything was spotless. The patio in the back was perfect for our group to have dinner together. There were plenty of areas for lounging and spreading out to relax.
Negative: We chose this property knowing it would be a walk to the bus stations. Itโ€™s probably best to rent a vehicle but we managed to do everything we wanted only relying on public transportation. Itโ€™s not for everyone, as the bus stops are not a short walk (and very hot during the summer), but we made it work. The closest convenience store is about a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this area of the island.

Positive: The host was amazing. Such a nice lady, gave us recommendations and even drove us to the grocery store. She lives downstairs which we didnโ€™t realize when booking but this did not phase us. The property is also super cute and clean. It has a really nice balcony to watch the sunrise and you can even sit up on the roof.
Negative: It says two bathrooms but the second one is just a toilet. Also quite a lot of stairs as two of the double beds are up in the loftโ€™s so need to be prepared to take your bags up skinny stairs.

Positive: This is a well located property. It has all facilities as described. Importantly a kindhearted host (Nouli) who is a role model host. She is a fantastic communicator with prompt responses. Infact she met us half way. She attends to anything promptly to make our stay comfortable. The real value is that she goes out of the way to help including printing of boarding passes, provide travel tips ,local dining places even before the journey commenced. The property has water and mountain views from the balcony. Every day we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and took pictures of it We thank God for Nouli and the wonderful place and will recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!
