Positive: The home is cozy and in a good location. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was nice.
Negative: The house had not been thoroughly cleaned (bathroom and kitchen were good, living room/floor had popcorn/chip pieces). There were literally dozens of flies that were excited to land on people and food (we did eventually find a fly swatter and killed over 25. We also told the cleaning people but they said it's different ones each time). There wasn't bedding for the futon and pull out couch and when we called to ask for some, it took about 20 hours for the response). There weren't some basic utensils such as a cheese grater, pizza cutter or any glass oven safe pans such as a 9" or 9"x13".
Summary: This house actually did work for the most part and we enjoyed our time despite inconveniences.

Positive: The location was great- easy to walk to the pool and restaurants. The hot tub was very nice and clean.
Negative: Some of the furniture and area rugs should be better cleaned or replaced. There wasn’t enough linens for the pullout beds. And the random selection of dishes and silverware made cooking meals a challenge.
Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided.

Positive: The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor living spaces and hot tub.
Negative: It's not convenient to walking trails.

Positive: It wasn’t too small, very cozy. We loved the location as it wasn’t more than a couple minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go in the village
Negative: the lighting in the bedrooms was very dim as there were no overhead lights, there were lamps though which wasn’t too bad
Summary: it was so cozy and the hot tub was AWESOME
