Summary: This was our 2nd stay and it was just as good as the first. Will definitely try to book with this host next year.

Summary: The property was almost secluded, which was nice. A little difficulty parking due to outside complex renovations almost to the point unit should not be rented out until after completion. The picture advertisement is from years back. The other condo unit was parking in vistor or unit spots so we had to use outside parking for one night. Interior was nice just needed a little cleaning, tub had a little build up but nothing horrible. Mr. David was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back and possibly will due to our son working in that area and other people staying we're super friendly.

Summary: Enjoyed the property this trip just as we did on our first trip. Didn't have any issues whatsoever. Will try to book with the same host again if possible for future trips to the area

Summary: Booked this property for it's location and cost. Host was available to answer questions I had when we first checked in. We were even allowed to check in early due to housekeeping finishing early! We have booked this same property again for another trip.

Summary: Was super happy with the whole stay, David, property owner was awesome, got us in early and was quick to answer any of are questions, not a tourist place ,loved that. Felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. We will be going back!

Summary: We have family that live in Nederland and Groves, so this was a fun place for us as we could visit with them, and then fish and crab off the pier, and also enjoy the pool. The exterior is going through a remodel, but never trust a book by the cover. We have already book a trip back before Summers end! Loved it!!!

Summary: We had a small group of company employees stay there while working in the area. Very nice accommodations to relax after work. Can sit outside and enjoy the view or go on small walk and see the beauty of the bay and boats. Everyone can have their own space if they need it.

Summary: The property is currently under construction which created some egress and parking problems. Really enjoyed the bay views and fishing on the property.
