Positive: Everything was great. Love how quiet the rooms are and there were a lot of people there for hockey tournament.

Negative: Did not care for the staff that checked us in. Had to phone staff that we were there. That wasn't the problem. What was the problem is she came through the door in office ranting about how she can't get the linen folded with all the interruptions. Was not pleasant or professional at all.

Summary: Will stay there again.

Positive: They went above and beyond with allowing us to have a late check out for a family funeral. They were very kind and helpful. The only thing that was not very good is the breakfast.

Negative: As I stated up above, the breakfast was not warmed up well
