Summary: This place was absolutely gross. First, when you arrive, they tell you that the hotel is closing down for renovations in about 1 week or so... they then tell you to go look at a room to see if it's ok for you to stay in or not. After reviewing the room (I did not do a thorough inspection as I assumed it being a hotel, clean sheets and clean appliances should be the norm). I went down and looked around briefly for major items wrong and didn't see any. I went back and said sure. After going back to the room and really getting into it, did the bad news get worse. Stained (see pictures) mattress protector, no sheets on the bed, mold in the freezer, sticky/dampish carpet, piece of wood securing the window shut to name just a few. I then contacted hotels.com since they are who I had booked through, who were also no help, but instead, just called the hotel to tell them everything I had said about the room. After really not getting any help, and having driven 8 hours all day- I decided to stay, because I was exhausted... I walked back down and requested new sheets be put on the bed, I was handed sheets and had to make my own bed as well. There was no housekeeping done on the room in the 4 nights I was there, I had trash overflowing that just sat there as well as no other cleaning or new towels or anything...

Summary: Front desk Lady is rude.Refused to honor smoking room reservation because she says she didnt want to clean it. Bedding had burn marks and stains. Room had roaches. The cleaning ladies were the the only reason I gave 2 stars.They were very sweet.

Summary: My first room was not clean. Had to get a different room and it was cleaner. But it have cockroaches everywhere. Also it was suppose to be in a non smoking area but it smelled like smoke everywhere. Showers also did not get hot, but was warm. Was also suppose to have breakfast, which was just cereal and yogurt nothing else.

Summary: This should be designated as a SMOKING HOTEL. There were smell of smoke all over the place, even in non smoking rooms. My kid fell sick.

Summary: Topmost the room smelled so bad. I cannot even describe it like pee-musty-smoke. Awful. There were no tissues just an empty box. There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Thank God no live ones!!!! The spread on the beds smelled bad too. Burn holes all around. The lamp flickered-annoying. Holes in the lampshade…should I go on really now?
