Summary: Came in a day early was okay until the next day when we received a phone call at 2:00 am asking if we was going to be checking in. I had to o to the front desk to prove that I was there. Talked to manager the next day and got no apology was told that was policy. Will not stay here again.

Summary: Spent a couple of days in Medford with my family. The hotel was super comfortable and the staff courteous and professional. My kids really loved the water slide at the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again when in Medford next!

Summary: It was ok. We asked for a new bedspread ours had something on it. Not sure if stain or not. Didn’t smell like the previous time we stayed there

Summary: The air conditioner was on the fritz. And despite getting maintenence up there they did nothing the room was hot and miserable. They also full charged me my deposit and refused to refund it to me even though i didnt leave a mess. The one bright side was the breakfast host was super nice and helpful.
