Summary: No wifi,no tv, carpet pulled up.. yes they gave me a refund but it needs to be taking care of..

Summary: I’m sorry to say but I don’t think the Super 8 franchise cares about this motel. I feel bad for the lady working there who has to keep telling people that there’s no internet or tv and ask if you want a refund. We thought we would be fine without tech because we just wanted a cheap, clean place that had a big jetted tub to relax in—but then the jets didn’t work (or the fan or light above the tub—electrical issue?) so that was kind of the last straw. We decided to relocate to a different hotel and we were refunded as promised.

Summary: It did everything a hotel needed to do, and it hit all the important criteria. The matresses were new, the lobby looked new, the front desk lady was nice. Some things seemed a little old and run-down like the hallway carpets and the bathroom shower, but everything seemed clean. My room had a microwave, fridge, and AC, which all worked fine. They said their tvs were down but they seemed intent on fixing it. Also their wifi was a little spotty, but I could still use it in certain parts of my room. Overall, if you want a cheaper, clean, comfortable hotel room and don't mind things being a little older, this is the place for you!

Summary: Everything looked worn out. Hard water stains in the sink, shower, and toilet. The mattresses felt more like plywood wrapped in a quilt and laid on springs than a comfortable bed. If you haven’t got the money to replace everything, at least deep clean what you have. But, those mattresses were the worst!

Summary: Ice machine out of order. Need to have a coffee machine. Scared to get coffee from coffee maker. The nonstick coating on the waffle maker was peeling off so scared to make a waffle. Fortunate enough I had friends that got a room at the Holiday Inn so I had breakfast over there. None of the doors locked to the hotel. The staff was nice but they probably should tear that place down and rebuild it. Sometimes getting a better deal doesn’t work out for you.

Summary: It advertises a swimming pool. It was not functioning and looked like it had not for many years and was in major disrepair. The carpet in the hall way has carpet wrinkles that needs re-stretched of replaced. My daughter tripped over one and spilt og all over. Both days I picked up food sitting on tables in the kitchen breakfast area. The second day same deal but a hole thing of coffee was spilt and everywhere. I know it’s people staying there but no one checks on the area the hole time serving breakfast. Had toast and decals but no butter and the cream cheese had no lid to the package and was not in any standard looking safe to eat. The cereal raisins were like rocks. The room had issues with the toilet flushing. There was mold above the shower and on the ceiling. The heater was missing parts. This hotel had been looked past and missed any modern upgrades and remodels. With in the first night one of my children and I knew we getting throat issues. I would never stay there again and very disappointed.

Summary: Room not clean. Dirty towels hanging on door. Bathroom lights burn out and they come put 1 in when needed 2. Mold in shower. No stopper in sink. Toilet wouldn't flush unless hold down and flush 2 or 3 times before going down. Couldn't control heating unit, either cold or hot. TV worked but no local channels for news or weather. If hadn't pre-paid would have left. And only couple of nights so made work. Can't believe Wyndham would operate hotel looking like that. Outside needs major maintenance as well. Pictures on internet don't represent what it looks like. Would not recommend even for 1 night 🙄
