Summary: The Super 8 was sort of hidden behind a Baymont hotel but we found it. The entrance for "Super 8 Lobby" had nobody working at the desk so we waited for several minutes until a resident told us to check in on the other side of the building. We went around the building but found no other entrance so we went to the front desk at the Baymont. Apparently that is where Super 8 guests are supposed to check in. We wanted to pay cash, but they could only accept cash if you had the exact amount so we had to use a card. The room was okay, nothing special, mattresses seemed saggy like they were maybe 20 years old. One thin blanket for the bed. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but as of 6:15 the door was still locked and the lights were off. I drove around to the Baymont and found a breakfast room there, but they had no coffee, no hot water for tea, no batter for the waffle maker, no fruit.... all they had was scrambled eggs and juice. A guest told me they were still trying to make coffee. So I waited 20 minutes but nobody from the staff brought coffee, waffle batter, fruit, or anything else. I inquired at the front desk and the guy there said they were busy working on the breakfast for the Super 8.... so I drove back to the breakfast room on the Super 8 side and found the door open and the lights on, however... no decaf, no hot water for tea, no juice, no fruit, no waffles, no muffins, no donuts, no eggs, nothing that was supposed to be there. That's what they called their breakfast.

Summary: Rooms dirty, drywall peeling, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Smelled of POT everywhere. Exit door locked and we were told it was to keep the homeless out, and it stayed locked the whole time of my stay.

Summary: “You get what you pay for” It was so sketchy. The motel was BEHIND what looks like a nicer one (but not by much) and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying that if we wanted to check in, we had to go back to the first hotel since the motel was understaffed. There was also vomit near the front door. The woman checking me in seemed to be under the influence because of the vibe she gave off. I think the biggest thing was the SMELL. We got to the floor by the stairs and ironically, there was a sign that said “thank you for keeping it smoke-free” and ALL I could smell was cigarette smoke. It gave me headaches and it was just not good. All in all, “you get what you pay for” since my dad and I were only there for one night.

Summary: Couldn’t check in at the Super 8 had to go to hotel Baymont around a corner. No working tv in first 2 rooms I went to had to walk back around to inform them no phones in hotel worked. Breakfast was in other Hotel Baymont not Super 8. There is a new manager she got on the problems. 3 rd room curtains didn’t meet wall so I had to figure that out. Pool outside didn’t say that. Bathroom was dirty floor a where to roll goes dirty. My son’s room had no tv box was stolen. Keys weren’t properly put in had to go next day to other hotel to rekey. We’d been at the hospital in Nebraska 2 hour drive very tired then had to deal with keys. Washer dryer out of order

Summary: We were passing through on a long trip from Colorado back to Michigan. Just needed a bed for the night, I have no complaints. You get what you pay for, and it was all we expected.

Summary: this is a great place to stay if you are traveling or just need to get away. rooms are clean , warm . breakfast was good . i will say that coffee should be offered throughout the day and I don't think the dining room should be locked after breakfast is over simply because maybe a person would like to sit there to read, or enjoy the view outside or communicate with others or just enjoy a cup of coffee . the older lady at the front desk is not a people person. she was kinda rude.
