Summary: Our door was left ajar when we had been gone all day and the maid went in and made one bed, did not take out trash or vacuum. There was no door sign to indicate we did not want room service.

Summary: We had a pretty good stay overall! The staff was nice, and the location worked well for what we needed. That said, our room wasn’t quite as clean as we expected—there were some leftover fries and a water bottle from the previous guest, and a few random spots (like the closet bench and entertainment center) could’ve used a better wipe-down. There was also a weird, loud noise whenever someone in a nearby room used the water—it kind of sounded like a jackhammer. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely surprising! Still, we appreciated the stay and hope these things can be improved for next time.

Summary: There were snacks! Never have I stayed at any hotel (I've been to many all luxury rooms) to have some snacks provided. Goldfish Milano and fruit roll up. Amazing touch we fought over them haha.

Summary: Property suited our needs. It was clean and easily located. Room had fridge and microwave. Simple breakfast with basics. There is no elevator.. ..not a problem for us, but be aware. Pool and hot tub area nice to have but the hot tub was really dirty and needed some cleaning and refilling. Would stay again.
