Summary: It was a stop on a long trip. Front desk person was not the nicest. Room was hot and didnt cool off for hrs. Leak in the sink near the door.

Summary: The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful stay. I will stay here again as often as I am in Lincoln. Thanks again!

Summary: My stay was fine, the room wasn’t super clean and my room was only cleaned once while I was there. A few times the cleaning service was there while I was still in the room so I said I didn’t need it’s but they didn’t check on my room after the first day. My AC didn’t work the first 2 days, but when the gentleman working the front desk was able to fix it when I mentioned it. Overall it was a bed to sleep in while I needed it. I did leave 2 days early and wasn’t able to be reimbursed for it.

Summary: Staff were pleasant and professional. Room was clean. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Microwave turnable plate did not engage with the gear (it was completely smooth on the bottom) so it didn't spin. Beds were comfortable but one sounded like it had a rubber chicken stuck in it .
