Summary: I had the pleasure of being looked after by Noé at reception during my stay - and I can say with full conviction: Noé is a real asset to the hotel. From the first greeting to the last farewell, he was professional, friendly and always ready to help. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail and his calm, courteous manner, even in stressful moments. People like that make all the difference !

Summary: Refrigerator was tilty, had to put a rock under one “leg” to make stable, the sink & shower drain caps were “broken”/not attached properly, low water pressure in shower

Summary: Check in took a while. There was one person in front of me, who was very chatty and as usual one person working. He was apologetic for the wait. Pet fee needs to be updated in app. They charged $15.

Summary: The toilet handle broke on the first night and the toilet paper holder on the second night. The breakfast didn’t have many options. The room wasn’t very nice.

Summary: Made a reservation online through hotels.com. I had requested a handicap room. Upon arriving my wife goes to check in and the person at the desk explains we booked an upstairs room which is not even an option He then wants to charge us $10 to change us to a handicap room. Then hold my dl until I come in so he can see I am handicap. It was total BS. Then we get up and try to shower it is broken and it takes almost 2 hours to get anyone to do anything. Very disappointed after the high rating Might want to check ADA also. You can’t charge me more for a handicap room.

Summary: I chose this hotel because it is close to my brother's house in Longmont. The view of the Twin Peaks is amazing!!! I had an issue with the TV, but the hotel staff fixed that for me. I think there could be a few more breakfast items such as fresh fruit.

Summary: Check in was not quick. AC/Heat unit was not in good shape. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was bare minimum.
