Positive: It had parking. They provide you toasts and coffee/tea. They clean your room and change towels. Location was right over Lincoln tunnel, 5 min away from bus which takes you to Port Authority which is almost the middle of Manhattan. Bus costs 4$ though one way for 1 person.
Negative: Run by Indian family. All staff was Indian. Breakfast is very mediocre - just toast with tea / coffee, no fruits like banana, apple, no eggs or some kind of sausages. I wouldn't dare to call it breakfast. But nevertheless similar "hotels" would cost you 300-500 USD on Manhattan side without any sorts of breakfast or parking. So considering all the alternatives- it was a good option. And much better than "Ramada by Wyndham North Bergen" - which is still under construction and half of the facilities close.

Positive: The hotel is close to NYC and offered a clean safe location less than 1 hour drive into the city so it provided a base for my activities the following day.
Negative: I did expect more than a granola bar when the hotel advertised “breakfast” but it was not the primary reason for my selecting I the hotel.

Positive: This accommodation met my expectations. It is definitely worth the money. The room was clean, warm, and nice (we stayed there in February). Breakfast is simple—bagel, Philadelphia cream cheese, coffee, tea, and juice. There is an Aldi, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks nearby (they provided us with free water). The bus connection is good.
Negative: I missed having a thick duvet and a kettle, but it's probably not standard in the US and is likely mentioned in the description, so I don’t judge.

Positive: Location of the Motel was good not far from Manhattan & Express bus was available just in front of the Motel.
Negative: Breakfast was worst of all, it was just a formality not much options for breakfast only 2 types of juices, Coffee, Plain bagel with cream cheese & butter that's it no sitting arrangement. I have been to so many Motels in the past but this was the worst breakfast I've ever had.
Summary: Location of the Motel is good but the Breakfast was worst.
