Summary: The sheets and towels seemed to be clean. However, the first room we were given had hair in the shower, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The mirrors had streaks on them and water spots in the bathroom. The floor was not swept or vacuumed. Getting a new room was easy and quick. Again, the sheets and towels were clean. However, the bathroom had dead bugs in the corner and in the ice bucket. Mirrors again had smears on them. Microwave had a sticky button panel, the toilet was mostly clean, but had gunk in crevices. The lobby and staircase had dusty old Christmas decorations. Everything had dust and felt very neglected. In the morning for breakfast the lobby had water on the floors with safety cones around. No one to speak of was working to clean it up. Breakfast smelled great. But again everything had a grimy feel. Tables not wiped, sticky serving items. Overall, not a great experience.

Summary: Terrible Location , pretty Ghetto !! Tv didn't work initially. toilet seat was way too loose and a kid size toilet height

Summary: Love the housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Give them a raise. Get a friendly Bartender she just never let me use my coupon and my last day made it horrible. So never enjoyed the lounge I think she hated the blue collar wives.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. Hotel is a older but clean. Exterior landscape is terrible. Location and price met our needs.

Summary: The first night we had a lady with a dog across hall. The dog barked and barked. We finally decided to go tell manager and he got ahold of the lady who was out of room. Hotel staff were very nice but rooms could have been cleaner our toilet was so disgusting I went and bought cleaner and cleaned it. As I hung the room service sign on door on our second day because we were out of towels and thought they’d replace and see toilet was disgusting and clean it but no one came. We asked for towels and the staff was nice and gave them. Parking lot needs repair.

Summary: The hotel is getting old and out dated. The tap to the shower / tub kept falling off and when I went to adjust the water it got too hot and when I tried to turn the temp down the tap fell off and I got scalded with hot water trying to reach the tap to put it back on. The beds were okay. The staff was great and the breakfast was good.

Summary: The room I was put in was disgusting. The soap from the last person who stayed was still in the shower. The toilet and shower were both disgusting. The ground was sticky in my room, and my screen of my window was half popped out. Clearly they don't care about cleanliness.

Summary: Night clerk Keith Williams is friendly, courteous and helpful. Property could be 4 stars with attention to the physical details. Remodelers were obviously in a hurry.
