Summary: Start with the good, the room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The bad.. not very welcoming. When checking in, the person at the counter was wearing a simple white t-shirt and shorts, not very professional, and during the entire time with me, he was talking to another co-worker. The Wi-Fi did not reach the end of the hotel to the room we were staying so we did not have any wi-fi, which also affected the TV because that ran off an internet roku. When I mentioned it to them, they acted surprised(?). So very limited TV and no wi-fi. I didn't expect much for breakfast but even the coffee was gone very early and there was no one behind the counter to request more. The second day when we came back in the evening to our room it was not made up with housekeeping and no fresh towels. When tried calling using the room phone but no one picked up at the counter. I walked down and was told we had to request it(?) We weren't told that but perhaps that was because he was busy talking to somebody else when we checked in. Finally when I checked out there was no one at the counter again, just dropped off the room card and left.

Summary: Stay was exactly what i needed. Only issue i had was i seen roaches in the halway and found one in my room. Other than that it was quiet and i got a good night's sleep.

Summary: There was a dead cockroach on the wall and one that I exterminated. They provided not a breakfast, but just a snack.On "the Breakfast" was cereal or dry bread (no cream cheese or jam), or small muffin. To drink was fake orange juice, milk or coffee and one dirty table to sit at

Summary: Tv didn't work.Booked thru Expedia. Family death changed plans. Told hotel 24 hrs ahead that I was cancelling two rooms nights. 3 days later still waiting for information on why I am being charged for two dates I cancelled well in advance. Never had this happen in 50 years of travel, I am waiting to see if this will be resolved satisfactorly.
