Summary: Friendly staff, but didn’t seem available for check out? Ac smelled when turned on and window sill had many broken parts/ dusty, so didn’t turn on all night. Breakfast was super simple, but fruit was not fresh. For a quick place to sleep for a night, not terrible

Summary: The saga began with them not accepting my credit card which was in good standing. Took about a half an hour to clear that up. Lots of debris on the parking lot from a week-old storm--maybe a quick brooming would have helped. Our keys didn't work after the first entry had to be redone. No shampoo. Noisy freezer, air went off and on many times during the night. Other than that, perfect.

Summary: The staff was very accomodating as i needed to switch rooms because of noisy neighbors which was done professionally and promptly. Original room had a pet smell.

Summary: Older but very clean and friendly staff. Competitive price, decent breakfast. Is located on a busy street coming into Platteville which meant strong parking lot lights right outside the window, no way to have drapes open on ground floor.

Summary: Room was full of ladybugs and other bugs. Patio door was disgusting like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Bathroom sink/vanity was very loose on the wall. Rooms are in serious need of upgrading. We were not informed on the continental breakfast upon check in
