Summary: Not so good. No air conditioning and it was hot. Never even pulled the covers back just slept on top of the bed

Summary: The hotel is loud, sounds echos through the hallways, it’s fine if people are respectful of others. No towels by the pool; had to ask for more, it took quite a while for someone to bring towels and when they did they only brought about 6 which wasn’t enough as the pool is very busy! The continental breakfast is basic: 2 types of cereal, fruit cups, yogurt, toast, muffins, pancakes, juice and coffee. The coffee machine is slow and creates quite a long lineup and the pancake machine seems to malfunction often. There are no elevators, but it only has 2 floors. Parking is limited and has multiple vehicles in the parking lot with smashed out windows and flat tires.

Summary: Pics look great until you get into the room. It's loud from surrounding sounds the bed mattress was probably as old as me and very uncomfortable. Could had just been the room I was in so take what I say with a grain of salt. I wont stay there again though

Summary: Kids run around early in the morning with walks so thin you’ll wake up when they do, bathrooms are small, breakfast was very limited

Summary: Enjoyed the pool and sauna, but go before 8 pm. (Too many people after that.) Disappointed the hot tub was not in service.

Summary: The room was nice and comfortable. I like the tropical setting. The staff were friendly. I was disappointed that the hot tubs appear to be permanently unavailable. It is also the first place I have ever been asked to pay extra money if I wanted to check in early, i.e., before 3.

Summary: This hotel was dirty, the continental breakfast was very cheap, no protein options, toaster was broken 3 times, the coffee maker was broken for 2 days, no hot water to make your tea, no fresh fruit options, ALL processed foods, the apple juice and apple juice was so watered down it didn't really taste like juice. Needs no healthy food options at $135 per night.

Summary: The bed was comfortable and clean. The floors were very dirty. My wife accidentally spilled a few drops of water on the floor and wiped it with a paper towel and it came away as dirty, as if we had wiped the parking lot. The bathtub appeared quite dirty and stained. I was walking out of the front door, and 2 hotel employees walked out ahead of me and let the door close in my face, not very courteous.
