Summary: Floors were dirty and it smells like a late night club

Summary: The location was great. The room was spacious for 4 people. But the cleanliness was not. Floors were dirty and sticky. The hotel smelled like smoke. Even though it says no smoking. The breakfast area was not cleaned, table and chairs were not organized. The housekeeper not available at all times. Took me 3 tries for them to clean the floors. Need improvement.

Summary: I didn't expect much, but it was way worse. The hotel smelled like a weed dispensary, we found in our non-smoking room an unfinished cigarette with ashes on a window sill. Carpet appeared not to be vacuumed, missing TV remote. Overall not very clean. The room was very noisy, you can hear people walking above. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable, I barely slept. We came to breakfast at 6:45am and all that was there were basically 3 bagels and DIY waffles. Coffee and juice dispenser. When I asked in front (after waking up the staff) if there is more, I was told that still is all. We stayed just one night. Stay away unless you are on limited budget.

Summary: Power was out most of Friday night and Saturday night. Saturday from 430pm-11pm blackout no power! No emergency lights!! No warning no follow up nothing! This is unprofessional and been calling for days but no one will answer or they say call back tomorrow when manager is in! Worst experience ever!!
