Positive: The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. The home is well decorated with nice mood lights and some books if you get bored. We had our daughter and neice with us and the mood lights was perfect as a night light for them. Thank goodness it was there. Everything around the house was very clean. It was nice having a washer and dryer as well. They left us some detergent pods to do some laundry. The town around it is very nice. Lots of little shops and restaurants and such you can go to. We we're able to visit any on this trip, but they looked very nice. We would definitely stay there again if we frequented the area.
Negative: Just some of the cook ware. I'm just being picky. It really was a nice stay, but the cookware was limited and if it was there it wasn't the greatest. We stayed a few days and like to cook so it made it a bit difficult. And some things were put in places we wouldn't have thought to look. But we just opened every single thing to find things. The only other "complaint" was the height of the bath tub to get into the shower. Be prepared to hike that leg up. I wouldn't recommend if you need a shower and can't get your leg up. Last thing, it's not listed as such, but it is a unit-part of a large house. There are other people around you. If you're used to apartment life it's not a big deal. We didn't notice anything at all except a couple footsteps in the kitchen at night We had our neice with us though and it weirded her out-she's never lived in an apartment and she heard a lot more than we did.
Summary: Our stay was very nice.

Positive: The apartment was clean and had all the right amenities. Street parking was very easy to find and the street is fairly quiet. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated having an alarm system available if I wanted to use it. The location is very walkable to a main street full of things to do or eat.
Negative: The upstairs neighbors spent time sitting and talking on the front porch, which is just on the other side of the living room windows.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, perfect location to explore by foot or car.

Positive: We loved the location and the cute set up with Cleveland art on the walls. The bathroom is fresh and modern with plenty of hot water. The bed was SUPER COMFY!! We used the couch in the living room with the big screen tv (pulled out as a bed) as a sweet spot to watch Netflix when we were winding down for the evening. We hit so many fun Cleveland attractions (and we are admittedly and unashamedly foodies) that were so easy to access from this place. They were, in no particular order: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Guardians game ($20 SRO for the win AND they won!), Wild Eagle, Winking Lizard, The Clevelander (don't recommend), The Treehouse, Rowleys Tavern and The Christmas House (HIGHLY recommend the latter two in tandem). It was private, quiet and clean. For a small space, it was perfectly appointed and roomy. Owner was VERY responsive, and it was easy to get into the space with a keypad. We did not need parking as we were able to find street parking for free right in front of the house on Apple. Highlight and highly recommend the Stone Made Pub for dinner and drinks. Delicious food, awesome ambiance, darling outdoor patio with a huge chiminea/fireplace, generous pours and really unique art.
Negative: Everything was lovely, we have nothing to add here. It was exactly as described; we got what we paid for and were looking for in our two-night sojourn in Cleveland.
Summary: Sweet Spot in Cleveland! An entire house for less than a hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Positive: Clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Perfect size for us! Great bathroom and shower. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a few little shops. We were here for a concert at Rocket Arena and also visited the zoo and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Everything was a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cleveland!
Negative: TV has a dark spot in it. We were not here to watch TV so not a big deal at all.
Summary: Great location! Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event or exploring!
