In a highly coveted location near everything, with plenty of parking and class, this gem of a home is close to whatever brings you to Daytona Beach.
- 1.3 miles to beach access and drive on beach.
- 500 feet from intracoastal water walkway.
- Three public boat launches within half a mile.
- 4.4 miles to Daytona Speedway.
- Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and a brewery.
This charming home is a two bedroom, two living room one bath residential house located at the west end of the famous Seabreeze Bridge. There is a large lot that is completely fenced in with wide double gates to bring your car(s), boat, motorcycles, etc, through and park under a double carport.
The house has been updated in 2021 and 2022 with new AC, a new HVAC handler, and a tankless water heater. The original hardwood floors were refurbished in 2022.
We've decorated the house with many original Florida mid-century modern art and furniture pieces to try and pay homage to the house's age and design.
The master bedroom has two closets (his and hers), a 55" TV and a new queen bed. The guest room has one closet, a new queen bed, and a 50" TV.
There is both a formal living room and a family fun room. Both have 65" TVs!
The kitchen has an attached dining area that seats four.
Outside, there is a picnic table and a classic picnic/park charcoal grill all lit at night by beautiful string lights.
Hi Speed WiFi from Spectrum allows you to watch all your streaming shows. Super fast internet, and we get 5G here.

Summary: Not necessarily an upscale neighborhood but don’t let the looks deceive you. All the neighbors are super friends. The house itself is perfect. Awesome vibe and close to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: You need to go in and look around and then do it again. This place is great with TV overload!Nicely decorated with things like a palm tree mirror art or the big eye owl.The main bedroom is huge and the 2nd BR is a good size.All was well stocked. Can you find the hidden drawer with a container of screws?Communication with the owner was great and very quick.The car port was a nice touch to keep our Jeep out of the sun.Location was good for us and not very far from what we needed.We were very satisfied.

Summary: This charming house was the perfect get away for our family and pet. The fully fenced in yard, bbq pit and being a few min drive to the beach really made this trip special. Ron was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Def will recommend this cute place to all.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. We had 3 motorcycles and a trike, plus my full size pickup truck and a 5X10 trailer. All fit nicely inside the fenced in area with all 4 bikes under cover. The house is exactly as pictured with no surprises at all. I cannot say enough about the location, there is a great little local hangout 2 blocks away that had live music for us to enjoy without worrying about needing to drive. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed to cookout in the yard and enjoy the shade. Proximity to Main Street is ideal. There are plenty of entrances and exits to the neighborhood with traffic signals to make those left turns across heavy traffic with no issues at all. I will definitely use this property again.
