The villa is located between Sant Pol de Mar and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta, on the Maresme coast. The villa is 2.5 km from the sea and 45 km north of Barcelona.
It is a very spacious villa distributed in two floors with superb sea and mountain views.
With a capacity for 12 people, the villa can be rented whole or divided into two apartments. One for 8 people and the other for 4 people.
It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and a large garden, BBQ and chill-out corner as well as swings for children and an optional private tennis court: supplement of 150 € per week. .
It is the ideal villa to spend a few days with family or 2 families to go to the beach and play sports.

Summary: We stayed in this very spacious villa with great sea views with 8 people (4 adults/4 teens). Each teen had their own room and enough space to enjoy the holiday. The pool is big enough to cool off in. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The sun umbrellas available make sure you don't get sunburned right from the start. The two kitchens are fully equipped, e.g. coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, frying tube, etc. The full equipment also applies to the house in total, e.g. washing machine and dryer, as well as to the garden (e.g. barbecue grill with tools, table tennis table with rackets and various family games). We replaced the missing shower at the pool with a garden hose attached to a tree. Shopping facilities and a wide beach with free parking can be reached by car in 10 minutes. In summary, I can say that everyone had a wonderful time. We would come back at any time.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday in August in this well maintained villa. During our two weeks stay, the pool and garden were maintained several times (the workers are very discrete - no nuisance). The villa is exceptionally well equipped - kitchen (plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc) as well as overall (games, tennis rackets, candles, etc.). In fact, we think the description of the villa does not do it justice and might needs some updates.. In this day and age we were a bit concerned about the reviews regarding internet speeds, but this is not an issue any more (fiber 300/300 available). Any questions we had before travelling to Spain about the villa and surroundings were quickly answered by the owner through the vrbo website, and the care taker in Spain is a very helpful lady, who is always reachable and responds quickly. There were some defects in the house when we arrived - and workers had already been contacted to fix things the same day. This kind of actions prove that this villa is very well maintained and will keep its high standard over time. Guest satisfaction is high on the list. A big recommendation!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our family vacation. Villa is very clean and well equipped. Territory on several levels provide multiple spots that you can enjoy. Pool is clean and well maintained. In the villa you can find everything that you need to enjoy your vacation. Beatriz was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Summary: We have been a group of 12 Persons (4 families). We did not only enjoy our staying in this villa we really loved to be there. It's interior is tastefully decorated and everything was Available in the house for our 14 days stay. Even games, candles, etc. have been left ready to use. The towels, beds and the bed linen were very clean and confortable. From the terrace or even from the pool side there was a beautyful view over Sant Pol de Mar and of course the sea of the Costa Brava. The pool was clean and filled with clear water. The property is so big that several sports activitys can be done there. Very friendly and good conversation with the owner of the house and the housekeeping staff I can just recommend this villa !!!
