4 Bedroom House in Rhosneigr

SunnySands is a detached family house in a quiet location with a secure, south facing garden and off road parking. The living space is ample with a well equipped kitchen leading to a dining room at the front of the house which catches the morning sun. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat up to 10 people. The large table is also perfect for young guests to enjoy arts and crafts and puzzle enthusiasts on those dull days. We have high chairs for small children also. The downstairs shower room is easily accessed from the utility room and has a WC and wash basin. Through the hall is a bunk bedroom with triple bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). The lounge has large sofas around a flat screen Smart TV and there is a cupboard of board games and a toy chest to be enjoyed at the other end of the room.
The lounge runs in to a brand new sunroom with relaxed seating around a coffee table and table and benches for dining up to 6 people. The sunroom is south facing and perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. The large sliding patio doors lead to a newly extended patio with integrated seating plus additional furniture. The walled garden is private and secure, safe for children and pets.
Upstairs both bedrooms are double, the bedroom overlooking the sea is a super king and to the front of the property with views of Snowdonia is a king size. Both have bed side tables, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, WC and basin.
All the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. We supply duvets and bed linen but not towels. We have a travel cot and there is plenty of space for it in either of the double rooms or on a large landing.
To the rear of the house is a detached bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a small WC and basin adjoining the bedroom. This room is useful for additional guests such as grandparents or teenagers but it is detached from the house and therefore unsuitable for young children. There are three steps up to the room from the garden patio.
We do allow 2 well behaved dogs as we our dog lovers ourselves, but we do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and they are made to fully dry in the utility room before coming into the house. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay here, the house has been beautifully put together. So relaxing and comfortable and we had everything we needed. A short walk to two lovely beaches, restaurants and pubs. Great amount of space for the dog. Would definitely go back.

Summary: Myself, my hubby and two kids joined my parents and between us the two dogs for a long weekend away. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The utility was great to dry off the dogs and kids. It was blowing a gale but it was so peaceful and quiet in the house you hardly noticed the weather! Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the beach and town.

Summary: Sadly did not get off to a good start however the owners immediately went the extra mile to sort out the issues. None were serious just a bit disappointing. The owners have refunded the cost of one night which is very much appreciated. I hadn't realised that the garden room accommodated the twin beds and was only accessible by stepping outside into the rear garden. There were some problems whilst in residence however the owners are looking into these as I write. The property has been sold and so may not be available as a holiday rental. All in all a positive experience in a wonderful location

Summary: This is the ideal place for our family of 4 adults, plus our two German Shepherds. It's great as there is a dog-friendly beach, 4 minutes away and a lovely secure back garden. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately it has been sold and we are not sure whether the new owner will be renting out. We will definitely return next year.

Summary: The house is perfect for us, the utility room is great for 8 people with lots of coats and shoes, beach toys etc. The kitchen is well equipped and linked to a lovely dining area with an attractive solid table. There’s plenty of space to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice also. The garden is a good size , room to play, eat or sunbathe We really enjoyed our holiday. Excellent location.

Summary: From the outset Kate made us feel very welcome and the house did not disappoint! Loads of space with everything you need for a holiday by the sea and some stunning beaches only a short walk away. We would highly recommend coming here and we will be back!
