In a very elegant, quiet and peaceful, the house of 200m2 on 3 floors completely privatized, offers a panoramic view of the entire valley.
The garden of 1200m2 with swimming pool provides tranquility and privacy.

Summary: We stayed 1 week with 2 families of 4 people. The pictures corresponded with the reality. Swimming pool was in perfect condition, house was clean and garden was well maintained. Minor point of critique could be the WiFi connection but there were many devices around… City of Grenoble is nearby (about 10-15 minutes) Can recommend this house to others.

Summary: We used this place as a platform for riding up Alpe d’Huez. As a family of 6 people including two children, this charming place made a great base for our trip. Although the house is a little worn in some places, it kinda ads to the overall charm of the place. The garden, pool and view is gorgeous and is the absolute gem of the property. The host was very helpful up until our arrival and we felt very welcome.

Summary: What an exceptional home! Perfect for our family. My husband needed to be in Grenoble for work, so my mother, young children and I joined him and stayed in this amazing home. The house was large and clean and the views spectacular. Even though my husband was working the entire time we were there, he felt like he had a vacation because the view gave hime a sense of peace. The location was great with a hiking trail literally right outside the door. We were also able to hike to a nearby town, Meylan, a quintessentially French village for fresh bread, cheese, meat and veggies. There is another grocery in Corec which is also within walking distance but has limited hours. And there is a huge grocery/target style store within a 10 minute drive (down narrow windy roads....get a small car). My kids (3 and 1) loved the backyard and the pool. There are large windows around the entire main level so I was able to keep an eye on the kids pretty much anywhere they were in the yard, which was great while preparing dinner (or sipping wine on the patio). I was worried about all the stairs without railings in the house as my 1 year old is a new walker but the little guy got a lot of practice with stairs and when I wasn't able to be there with him, I was able to barricade the stairs with chairs. We had one minor mishap as the first time we tried to run the dishwasher an alarm went off. I contacted Antoine and he immediately contacted someone to come and fix it. When it turned out that the machine had to be replaced they managed to buy a new one and have it installed within the week. And for our trouble they refunded us the extra cleaning fee we had paid (to have a mid-stay cleaning). They even went out of their way to hand deliver the refund as they were unable to refund it over VRBO! Antoine was also able to help us find a babysitter while we were there so we could go out for dinner without the kids, etc. She was fantastic. My kids loved her and I felt completely comfortable leaving her with my children. I could not have asked for more attentive host or a more comfortable house. We'll be back next year!

Summary: This home made a great base for our 2-week holiday in the French Alps. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The open plan living area works well, with huge windows looking over the ever changing views of the mountains. Bedrooms are comfortable and homely but not cluttered. Outside, the pool with its patio and table tennis provide lots of outdoor fun. The pool is fenced securely, and its easy to keep an eye on the kids when they are in the pool. The gardens are neatly kept with soft lawns and interesting trees with shady spots from the sun. There is a wood just next door for a bit of exploring. Its convenient for shops (on foot) or the supermarkets (a few minutes by car) and close to Grenoble, but still a very quiet and private location. Chamrousse, Deux Alpes, and Vienne were all day trips we took with a bit of driving but on well kept roads surrounded by beautiful scenery. Arrival was very easy, the house was clean and tidy, with everything as expected. Leaving was so much harder - we didn't want to come home ! We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Summary: We are a family of five and had a very relaxing time in Corenc. The villa is fully equipped for cooking and is very clean and spacious. The pool was great for our three boys who had lots of fun in the sun. The views are beautiful and although we did not meet Antoine he was available by email. Thanks for a great stay.
