Summary: I wish I could give this property 10 stars! There are so many good things to say. First the location is so close to the center of Rockport. Just under a 10 minute walk. We like to walk so appreciated the property was not directly in the center of town. The house was beyond immaculate! This house has so much room! There were what felt like bedrooms everywhere. My teen daughter and her friends LOVED the private space in the beautifully furnished lower level. Not sure you can call it a basement because there are no signs that it is. I’ve never seen a furnished basement look just like the rest of the house. The back porch with outdoor seating to eat. The grill was so nice to have as well. The front porch with Adirondack chairs for sitting while drinking coffee before starting the day. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms SO neat and clean. The home was decorated very well. No Knick knacks. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel but better. These owners thought of everything. A ping pong table in the immaculate garage! I mean…I was able to walk barefoot in the house AND the garage! That’s unheard of in my life. A mini fridge in the garage and plenty of backpack beach chairs! The owners checked in on us and were immediately responsive when I had a question. There was nothing I needed and more than I could have asked for! It felt like home while we were there. We were sad leaving. We hope to stay at this property again!

Summary: Rockport being like our 2nd home, all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 1 Prospect St house. The house was immaculate with every amenity you could think of, it really felt like home. Its location was great, an easy walk to town, to the beach and 100 feet to the 4th of July parade! The owners were so good about texting to check on us and make sure everything was okay. We certainly would love to do our vacation there again.

Summary: The house had plenty of room and was comfortable and very clean. It was farther from the beach than we had expected, although still within about a 20 minute walk. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong. We had a problem getting the gas grill started the first night, but after calling the owner, he sent someone over and it was fixed right away. The WiFi worked well in most areas of the house, but there were a couple of areas on the lower level it did not. Overall, a great stay and lovely accommodation.

Summary: The house is spacious, wonderfully furnished and in a prefect location for Rockport lovers. It offers every comfort and has everything needed to cook when you want to stay in and relax... The back yard was a great place to enjoy sunny days with Adirondak and lounge chairs and a large picnic table and chaire on the deck.. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival and the owners reached out on our arrival to welcome us and offer any help we might need. The beds are very comfortable and the central air conditioning made for a comfortable time. There were 5 of us and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. I highly recommend this property for anyone who enjoys Rockport.

Summary: We had a great week staying in this house. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There is lots of space to spread out in the house and plenty of seating in the nice sunny backyard. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped and we enjoyed grilling the local seafood on the backyard grill. Rockport is a pretty town with two town beaches that are within walking distance of the house and the area has many other beautiful beaches to explore.

Summary: This home exceeded our expectations. It is clean, cozy yet spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. You are walking distance to the adorable little town and the ocean. We were a party of 11 including a 2 year old, a couple of 9 year olds, a 12 and 15 year old. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and find their own space. The kids loved the ping pong table and bicycles. The kitchen and dining banquette were wonderful gathering places to enjoy breakfast and coffee while looking out at the scenic backyard. We are from Southern CA and this was our first trip to the east coast. This house really spoiled us and made our stay exceptional. We would definitely come back!
