Positive: Great, great location and setup. Easily walkable to town, shopping, meals. Yet close enough to Boston for a day trip.
Negative: Not to nitpick, just constructive criticism. The house was great and we would go back there again. 1. The upstairs bedrooms got a little stuffy. I had to go back and forth with Vacasa to allow me to put the window ac units in. One of the units seemed to rattle and was pretty loud. 2. Could not get the tv to work as it wouldn’t connect. Even mirroring from our phone would not work. 3. WiFi password on the laminated sheet in the house is wrong. Use the one from Vacasa that is in the email when you check in.

Positive: Liked the idea it was a code to get in. Liked the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comply. Master shower was great just hard to get in & out.
Negative: Tv room furniture was uncomfortable. The owner might want to invest in a safety bar in master bathroom for the tub.
Summary: In all we would consider renting again.

Positive: The home was nicely decorated and had a great location. There were many towels and basic bathroom soap/shampoo/conditioner was provided.
Negative: The WiFi Network we were given was incorrect and I sent a message to correct that, but no one ever responded. No batteries in TV remote Bad stains on bed and some furniture Some places that had not been cleaned Garbage disposal didn’t work There were NO dish towels The Vacasa App we were told to download never worked
Summary: If these things were corrected, it would be a great place to stay.

Positive: nice yard, flowers. Great master shower. Lots of seating in the house. Nice bathroom and kitchen upgrades.
Negative: Not great mattresses upstairs. Fridge did not make ice. Garbage disposal did not work. Microwave surface lighting did not work. Fridge and freezer were not clean. Kitchen tablecloth had sticky stuff on it, gluelike. Master bath mirror was not clean. We were very surprised at the lack of cleanliness when they charged us $350 cleaning fee for a two night stay!!
Summary: We had a nice family reunion with family, but wish everything worked properly in the house since we paid such a high rat
