Architect's villa of 200 square meters, on a fully fenced plot of 5,000 square meters. The villa is located in the hills and is characterized by its freshness in summer.
The property is completely fenced, and closed by an automatic gate. The plot is made up of garden areas, and wooded areas.
You can enjoy its swimming pool (with alarm and large staircase for paddling), and deckchairs.
You can barbecue and pizza in the bread oven.
You can eat outside under the large pergola which houses a stone table that can accommodate 12 people! The garden furniture is made of solid wood.
The interior of the house will seduce you with its exposed stones and all the comfort that a villa offers.
Your favorite interior room will undoubtedly be the covered terrace with its seating area with the ceiling fan and its dining area. You can enjoy the view of the hills, the garden and the swimming pool.

Summary: I have never written an online review about any property before and we have rented multiple. This villa just south of L'Albiol is really lovely. The description online is extremely accurate. The setting is amazing with wonderful views north into the mountains and south towards the sea. The grounds of the villa are delightful a brilliant outside area with shade and swimming pool. There is a lovely lawned area to sit under the trees in the evening. A huge BBQ and seperate pizza oven. Plenty of space to relax inside. The setting is fantastic. 20 mins drive from some lovely beaches and 5 mins to the local town with a great supermarket. I am a keen cyclist and the road the villa is on heads straight up a fantastic climb with cyclists going up all day. It feels like you are away from the crowds in the hills. The owner communication before we arrived and while we were there was second to none. She sent me multiple photos before arriving and was very flexible on when we arrived. The was an electrical issue while we were there - not her fault or a defect of the house and she came round immediately and sorted it. She even helped us when we got stuck with a booking we made at a nearby water park. Its a great place and I would go back again.

Summary: From the start communications with Claudine the owner of the Villa were very frequent and informative, I always had confidence that I was renting a villa from somebody with integrity. The pictures honestly don't do the location any justice, this place is fantastic, beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the towns or tourist locations but not too far if that's what you want, obviously a Car rental is a must so you can get about but boy is it worth it. The Villa its self is quiet luxurious with everything you need once you stock up on Food & Wine, you'll be hard pushed to pull yourself away to go out for a meal as dinner in the garden with your family cannot be beat! If your after a peaceful scenic retreat in the hills of Catalunya with all the home comforts you cant go wrong with this place. Thanks Claudine!

Summary: Nice property, clean and exactly as described, well equipped. Peaceful location away from the crowds but only 20 minutes away from the main towns. Very pleasant owner, discreet, but available if needed, and was kind enough to give us excellent tomatoes from her garden
