Summary: The view was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable. I did not know it was a basement apartment. But I had my own access and privacy. Because of the big windows it did not feel like a basement. It is across the road from the water, so I had to go down the street for a boat launch. Internet was great host was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. 8-10 minutes by car to stores. She offered kayaks and a bike. I would recommend.
