Summary: During Temps of -33 degree windchill, this property kept us warm and snug. Comfortable beds and couch along with the well appointed kitchen made our stay a delight. Crossroads location was perfect for exploring.

Summary: Really loved this place. Stayed in winter so did not get to use the amazing communal terrace or the rooftop pool, but it has us aching to come back in warmer weather. The two bedroom unit we stayed in was spacious and roomy. It already looked a bit the worse for wear given how new the building is. The unit is clean, furnishings are fine. It is that it has not been maintained well. Shelves were drooping in closets, torn off in the bathroom, etc. it is such a lovely loft feel that just a bit of TLC in maintenance would have made this a five star spot.

Summary: My family (me, husband ,20 year old and 17 year old ) took a quick getaway to KC before summer ending . Purpose of the trip was to relax in the city , lay around the pool and take in a Royals game . Chose the property mainly for the rooftop pool and bar . Checked in on a Thursday afternoon to find out the pool had been closed a few weeks by the city . Out of the property manager control but after called them they stated they were aware it was closed . Just wished this would have been communicated before we arrived . I was eventually given a discount for my stay . Just a heads up to anyone else that is booking this mainly for the pool .

Summary: We booked for a Girls Weekend and just planned to chill at the pool and hang in the neighborhood. This was a great place to do it! The directions to navigate from the parking garage, to the elevators and to our unit were not clear - - like we had to get out of the garage and walk around to the front of the building with all of our stuff because we had NO IDEA where to go. The hallways are LONG, so brace yourself if you have a lot of stuff to carry. The elevator situation and different floors and sets of stairs was super confusing, but it all worked out. Overall, the facility was great - but things were a bit run down. We had a blast hanging at the pool and exploring the neighborhood.

Summary: Perfect location to downtown and close to everything. The pool on the rooftop was a very nice amenity with the heat. Unit was spacious and clean. Washer/dryer in unit was a little loud and not the most efficient. We did bring a sound machine and fan with us after reading reviews about the noise. However, we did not find this unit that noisy at all. It is a typical downtown location with some traffic noise expected. Would highly recommend!

Summary: The property was beautiful. Good location. However, check in was terrible. The key fob had the wrong room and wrong parking place. Management at the apartment section helped us figure out what was wrong. I don't know what we would have done without them. I called Airriva management and left a message and they never called back. There was no soap in the shower, the handle on the toilet was very loose, no hangers.

Summary: There is a big problem finding the garage and lockbox and punching in the code. The garage door is unidentified and we drove around the block several times before we found it. The sun was shining when we tried to enter the code and the screen was unreadable. Once we finally found the box and managed to get in it was a long walk to the apartment. The signage was inadequate and the elevators didn't go everywhere. Our apartment was lovely but the sounds of the city were right inside with us. Motorcycles blaring loud music went late into the night. I would reccommend staying closer to the city market area.
