Summary: We have just returned from a two week stay here and have had the best holiday. A traditional secluded farmhouse with a fabulous terrace which attracted lots of varieties of butterflies and other wildlife. The highlight is the beautiful pool, which was very welcome with the air temperature being in the mid 30’s. The house is extremely well equipped and we were provided with large, fluffy towels, toiletries, and many things you don’t often get with a property in France. Fantastic location just outside the lovely hilltop town of Cordes sur Ciel with restaurants, boulangerie and supermarkets within 5 minutes. A beautiful idyll for a perfect family holiday.

Summary: Again we enjoyed our holidays at this beautiful place! Privacy and peace, we appreciated. Some renovations need to be done inside and around the pool. The people who take care of the place are marvellous! We really appreciate them for there nice job. We will come again😀

Summary: A very pleasant place to stay. Delightful location and helpful owner. Lovely private pool and great space to enjoy meals outside. Lots of room inside the house - except for headroom in the bedrooms - and it has all the equipment you'll need. It's not smart but it works!

Summary: This beautifull house and garden is the perfect spot for a relaxing and peaceful holiday! Everything inside is impeccable and clean and done with much care. The private pool is perfectly kept. Also the flowers and lovely garden made it complete! We loved this stay!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Scaldis. The location is ideal being close to pretty Cordes-sur-Ciel yet far enough out of town to guarantee complete peace and quiet. The terrace is great with lovely views over the surrounding country side and the pool is excellent. The cottage is extremely well appointed however as a previous reviewer commented the ceiling heights on the upper floor are low so this could be a challenge for the taller than average person. Never the less we found the cottage to be perfect for our stay. Graham was very attentive, on arrived the wi-fi was down however Graham quickly resolved this for us. The cottage is a great base for sightseeing this stunning corner of France or simply recharging your batteries.

Summary: Lovely, quirky house ideal for total relaxation and peace. Felt wonderfully secluded, but still nice and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. Spotlessly clean swimming pool and lots of other outside furniture. Would highly recommend for couples as a romantic getaway or for families.
