Very private, conveniently located home with year-round outdoor hot tub and several amenities. Don't forget to bring your dog(s)! No pet fees, but we expect you to clean up thoroughly after your dog. We even provide the easily accessible fenced dog run and waste bags.
Our house is perfect when attending an area wedding, graduation, Bayfront Festivals, Concerts, group ATV or motorcycle rides and Grandma's Marathon. Relax with your friends or family on our 14' X 42' deck with recessed hot tub. Grill some food, play pool, ping pong, & cornhole. Pool table, ping pong and a TV are located in the very large, heated garage. Or just relax on the couch in the central AC while streaming a movie on the 55" HDTV with Bose sound bar (Netflix and WiFi included). Then, spend some time down by the fire pit & try some stargazing with our telescope. Wood for the fire pit, in addition to propane for the grill, and to heat the garage are provided at no extra charge. We have hosted guests celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries, girls/guys weekends, graduations, birthdays, engagements, vacations, business trips and snowmobile/ATV/motorcycle groups. We are confident you will enjoy your stay!
*Please note there are a couple deck stairs to enter the house, fairly steep stairs with a handrail to go up to the second floor, somewhat steep stairs to go down to the laundry, and deck stairs to get on/off the deck. People with mobility issues and children should take caution.

Summary: Communication was good it was difficult to initially find the property so I would try to go during the daytime, nice hot tub clean house the stairs to get upstairs are a little daunting and it was very warm up there but otherwise an overall good stay

Summary: Pros: Place was clean and well managed. Exceptional amenities especially to include space available for a dog. Great hot tub deck and outdoor space. New appliances with digital media available. Cons: Entering or leaving a room requires care and awareness as the transition for each is a slight ledge up or down (they do mark them on the floor). My biggest concern was the bed space on the upper floor as there was no egress available other than the "non-standard" stairs which gave me pause as a potential fire trap.

Summary: This property is as listed, and a great spot for family and your dogs. The owners were very communicative, and we would stay here again. If you wanna trip to the North Shore, this is a great homebase. Close to restaurants, parks, and a skip and hop Tell me to hit the highway to travel further up north.

Summary: There is a lot to entertain at this location and host's are very friendly and quick to respond to questions. While it is an older home that comes with some quirks it offers all you need to visit the shores area.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Shangri-La! Even though you're right in town it feels very private. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making your stay a great experience. Plenty of games to keep you entertained and you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub was very clean and works great. I definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. I also love that you can bring your dog.

Summary: Property is ideal for a booking with a pet: the small, fenced area, pet friendly house, and garage space was perfect for a trip with our pup. The house is close to town but far from any other neighbors, and surrounded by trees so we had maximum privacy. Walking distance to a cute train-themed pizza place/bar and gas station. The hot tub was great - we used it every night of our stay, perfect for the cold April evenings. Lots of outdoor space for fetch. House has great wifi, we did not use the TV's, but there is a big one in the living room and in the garage so you could play pool and watch a game. Bob was very responsive to messages, and offered us early check-in. I have an electric vehicle and the garage is big enough to keep the car inside to preserve battery temp and plug in to the 110V outlet (There are no EV chargers in Superior). We plan to book another visit at some point as staying here was stress free for traveling with a pet.
