A charming & spacious two story- four bedroom home that can accommodate families, friend groups, couples, and 4 legged friends! Centrally located near restaurants, parks, and our next door neighbor, Duluth. Located just a few minutes from Barkers Island & walking distance to the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
About the home:
The main floor has generously sized rooms. The kitchen has been updated which includes all your necessary kitchen appliances. The second floor features four bedrooms, with a king, two queens, and a full size bed + a full bath with a classic clawfoot tub.
Another highlight of this home is the large enclosed front porch, where you can relax and soak in the daylight. This home is on a corner lot, offering a sense of space and privacy with a fenced in backyard that your four legged family members can enjoy :) Portable AC is used in the home. Portable units can be found in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Summary: Very charming house. Beds were very comfortable making for a great night's sleep. Gas fireplace in room off of the living room was a great place to sit in morning after waking up. Hoist was very friendly, and we will defiantly see if this house is available for future trips to Superior.

Summary: Everything you could want was there. Very welcoming. Nice big fenced yard for dogs to run around. The rooms were great. The house was very warm and welcoming. Made our x-mas very special.Loved the christmas decoration. It was done to prefection. Thank you

Summary: There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or have quiet time in the sitting area off the living room or at the table in the yard. Thanks for sharing your home with us! I suggest putting in light switches with a dimmer in the porch and kitchen and add a lock to the bathroom door. In regards to the bathroom, if at all possible, remove the tub and put in a shower instead. It’s hard to get in and out of and very small.
