Summary: This property is very well appointed, equipped with everything you could need and more. Both the cottage and beach house has their own unique charm both very clean and only a 4 minute stroll to the beach which is excellent for both kids and adults.I would highly recommend this accommodation.The grand kids did not want to leave

Summary: We all enjoyed staying here. There were 9 of us and had room to move. The oven in the beach house is huge we could cook all our pizzas in one go. The beach is nice and close, we swam there when we were having a home day. There are alot of stairs to get up to be able to have access to the beach house. We would stay here again.

Summary: This is a fantastic accommodation which is perfectly suited for multiple families. The house's setup was impeccable, offering both privacy and communal spaces that were thoughtfully designed. Located with a 5 minutes walk to a beautiful & quiet beach. Communication with the owner was a standout aspect of our experience. They were not only responsive but also incredibly accommodating to our requests, making us feel genuinely cared for. The instructions provided for the house were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated the owner's good humor on the occasion when we struggled to follow them. 😆 This lighthearted approach added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of our stay. Overall, our stay was a lovely experience, combining the comfort of a home away from home with the ease of excellent management. It's a great choice for anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway with family or friends.

Summary: We loved it. With 10 adults and 5 kids under 6yrs age, plus a baby, it was going to be tough to satisfy our requirements. But your cottage and house pretty much did. Very clean, tidy and providing a lovely environment for us all. Beautiful kitchen utensils and facilities, very modern bathrooms, and additional fold out beds for the kids. The only potential issue could have been if it was very hot, the air con in the cottage may not have coped very well. But we're extremely happy with our weekend at your holiday home. Loved it. Thank you. PS. another positive comment from our family is that some of the online photos did not do the accommodation justice.

Summary: Our sty was amazing. The two separate “houses” was perfect for us and all our friends to be able to hang out but also have quiet space if we wanted. All the amenities were fantastic and Julie was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back 💜

Summary: Our Easter weekend was the perfect place to stay for all of the family (8 adults, 6 children). Plenty of space and beautifully presented with everything we needed. Close enough to walk to the shop and beach. The table tennis got a good workout!! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and had great communication with Julie during our stay.

Summary: Have just stayed at the Binningup Supersized Beach House over the long weekend. Property consists of 2 separate buildings one being the cottage and other the newer beach house at the back. Property is well located being close to the beach, general store and tennis court. Each house is very well equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Would certainly recommend this property.

Summary: Both properties were very well presented and had everything we could possibly need. Great location for multiple families to stay and have a holiday together without being under each others feet the whole time. Plenty of space and a lovely deck with a fabulous view of the sunset each evening. Beach is also nice and close. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Fantastic property! We would stay again. The cottage is gorgeous & the house is extremely well stocked with everything, with all modern conveniences. The only downside comment was I could not find the number of the house in any of our correspondence and ended up having to get in touch with the owner!
