Summary: When it was newer, this place must have been great. But that was probably 35 years ago. Sadly, the upkeep needed to keep it in good condition has been lacking. The rooms have been given some attention, and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. But the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and the carbon monoxide detector was missing (with wires hanging out). The breakfast was, honestly, one of the worst I've had in a hotel. The egg-things and sausage had no flavor. The pancakes and muffins were burned. Aside from the clean room, the one saving grace for this place was the price...about $100 less than the new hotel across the street. I would probably stay here again because I'm cheap, but only if for one night.

Summary: When we needed anything, the front desk staff were great! The room had a few maintenance issues, I.e., bathroom sink plug broken. We had a problem with a room beside us and noise, but the front desk handled it quickly. I recommend not taking in large groups.

Summary: Rented 3 rooms. One good other two terrible Potato chips on bathroon floor. No side tables by bed, air conditioners didnt work properly. Smell in two roos, door didnt shut completely. Breakfast ok .

Summary: Our room was not ready for 4pm check-in. We had left a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the room door handle yet our room was entered, beds made (including removing items from one of our beds), towels replaces with the exception of no hand towels. Have stayed in dozens of hotels/motels and not once has our request to not have the room serviced been ignored, Saw staff in other rooms doing the same. Hallway carpet was not vacuumed. Base of toilet was dirty and from around mirror chipped. Repair on bathroom wall was not painted over and there was a hole behind the room door obviously caused by the door handle. Extremely noisy, as when ever anyone's room door closed it banged and shook our room door and all others. A lot of noise in the hallway at night not addressed by front desk, even though the hallway was not far from the front. Back door to the parking lot was not secured-no lock, magnet only which was not working, nor did exit button work.Parking lot overall poorly lit. Breakfast from 6am to 9am is very early for many and by 8:30am not enough left for 1 person. No instructions for the tv, only a channel guide which is useless when one has no idea how to use the tv. We actually considered looking for another hotel and if not for it being the long weekend with premium last minute rates we would have done so. Definitely not the best Best Western.

Summary: The room was very clean and generally updated. The required $50 deposit was strange, not sure what that was for, but it was returned to our card before leaving.

Summary: Soap dispenser was empty. There was no one to clean up my room. There was no Bluetooth on the TV despite promise by (?) made in front of Gail. The ice machine was broken and incredibly loud. Breakfasts: coffee uniformly was dregs at best. Watery and horrible to drink. The good coffee machine was broken. And serving hot powdered scrambled eggs…seriously? The pancakes were half raw. The oat bran dry cereal was good. The milk was good. The fruit was good. The heater/AC unit in my room was slipping off the wall. The beds were comfortable and clean. So was the bathroom. The walls were soundproof. The towels were excellent. The staff were sweet. And trying hard. Eg Gail and two Muslim men. Thx.
