Positive: The rooms were nice very quiet place...
Negative: Front desk lady accused of us of smoking in our rooms she said the smell was coming from our room which is completely not true..we got a non smoking room so we didn't smoke in our room... Another customer said the smell was coming from near her room which was around the corner from us.. then at checkout the front desk lady was very rude to my husband. Really enjoyed this place accept the front desk.. she was in her early or mid thirty s African American.. a regular customer there told us she is always rude and in a bad mood..

Positive: The hotel was quiet at night so easy to sleep. The breakfast was good, but not many tables to eat at.
Negative: Open up the outdoor eating facilities and make them more useful near the breakfast location

Positive: We checked in late and the staff was so nice. Their breakfast was very good. Had bacon and fried eggs which you don't get at most hotels.
Negative: The A/C in the room was very loud and had a rattle.

Positive: Rooms r always nice & cool & very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast food is good & very clean. Hotel is centrally located to everything in the area. Our room TV wasn't working & staff determined it was TV not cable so they moved is to another room several doors away. Staff called us to let us know about issue & timeliness to come by to move our belongings. They did everyone right. Rooms are clean, comfortable & bathrooms are same. Love pump containers of hand wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner great for environment
