Summary: Overall the house is very nice. There is no view of the ocean, the picture is a little deceiving. There is a hill in front of the ocean view and it is trek to the beach so put your walking shoes on. It is in need of a can opener and some outside chairs to enjoy the weather. Summary: The rental house was large enough for our group, 11, beautiful setting. The advertising did not accurately describe all the working features shown. Hot tub was not working and extremely unsanitary. Outside firepit unusable, didn't work. Outside sliding glass doors to game room did not lock, had to use dowels to keep them from opening. Rental needs more maintenance and upkeep. TVs in almost every room but you need to be a tech genius to log on to use. Disappointed with the property.

Summary: Nice property and location, however the hot tub was broke, the BBQ was small and rusted, not big enough to cook for 12 people, firepit was not working. Outdoor furniture was in bad disrepair, air hockey was broken. The bathroom handle fell off twice. The bottom plate of the stove was off when we got there. There was liquor left in the game room. Meredith staff was unapologetic and not accommodating. The reservation was made almost six months in advance and at the time we informed the hot tub was not working but should be repaired. However, when the balance of the payment was charged 30 days prior we were not informed that the hot tub was still not usable or that the other "amenities" we not functional. This lack of information and poor condition of the "amenities considering the costs paid for cleaning and maintenance is not acceptable.

Summary: The property boosted A/C but there was none and we visited in a heatwave. Also, the “fire pit” was gas and the turn on knob was missing so it could not be used. The smoke detector was ripped off of the ceiling in the bedroom area and the hot tub was closed by management the day before we arrived. I called about the lack of A/C and was told it was on site. The repair man for the smoke detector (who came on the third day of our stay) confirmed that there was no air conditioning. Also, there was supposed to be Tv access for the bunk beds—each had individual TVs, but they didn’t work. Lastly, the representative from Meredith Corp. said that she would adjust the bill for no hot tub but that has not been done.

Summary: The house was nice , clean, and well stocked. The Issue is the main selling point was the fire pit which did not work. I would also give instructions on how to work the TV’s in the bunk beds and game room.

Summary: The home was SO spacious! It definitely exceeded our expectations! The hot tub was ready to get in, and the accommodations were all a plus! I definitely recommend it for your next family visit!

Summary: Appliances were broken and difficult to use. The tv in the bunk room weren't connect to the cable even though they each had a box connected to them. There were tv remotes everywhere and we had to go on the hunt to figure out which tv they were for. They pushed our check in time last minute by 2 hours for a housekeeping emergency. There are bugs all over the house. They definitely missed things when cleaning before we got there. But the game room was fun and the hot tub worked so we kept our shelves entertained.
