Summary: This apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and overlooks the beautiful Shelly Beach. It's only a stone throw (literally) from the sand. On site parking is easy, and the host (real estate agent) was very responsive. Unfortunately aspects of the apartment are showing their age, which is why I've offered a lower rating than normal. The TV was in desperate need of replacing (picture was terrible). Located a 5 minute drive outside of Ballina suited us. Lennox Head is stunning nearby town (15 minute drive) and would be my recommendation for those looking for a more typical beachside holiday destination. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property was not stocked, in terms of kitchen and bathroom stuff, teabags napkins, coffee etc. No tissues or shower soap, reading light in main bedroom no t working. No written instructions for anything. Very prompt to response from Elenora! Thankyou.
