Our reasonable rates, amenities on site and close distance to the beach make this apartment the perfect choice for an active, fun filled vacation. Located above Maine's oldest surf shop Wheels N Waves, everything you could need for the beach or bike trails is right downstairs.
There's 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a queen size bed as well as a futon that opens to a full size bed. Both bedrooms have televisions and air conditioners. There's a newly remodeled full bath as well as an additional 1/2 bath.
The kitchen has a full stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and mostly everything you'd need to cook dinner including a lobster pot.
Living room has two small couches, cable television, dvd/vhs combo and a large collection of classic surf, skate and snowboard movies. The entire apartment has wifi service.

Summary: Host was very courteous and we enjoyed feeling at home in the place. Very comfortable and accommodations were great. Would highly recommend it and would love to come back again sometime in the future. Great location as it is close to amenities as well as ocean.

Summary: This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely continue doing so in the future. It’s always very clean, and everything inside is in good shape. Bob and Vince are both super nice, and are helpful and responsive. The location is central and accessible to everything in the area, including biking distance to Moody and North Beach.

Summary: Relaxed place to stay while in Wells. Not fancy, but clean and what we needed for a couple of friends and a dog. Quick drive or bike to some nice beaches, caught a pre- 8 am beach walk with the pooch every morning. Owners were helpful and communicative.

Summary: The place was very great! We walked every day to a beautiful beach. The apartment had a great size for a family of 4. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We really recommend this apartment and we hope to come back.

Summary: The apartment is cozy and the location is great. We stayed there for a week with our pup. Vince and Bob are very friendly and communicative. They also run a shop on the first floor where you can rent kayaks, bikes and surfboards. I definitely recommend it!
