Brand new home in Surfside Beach!! Completed in November 2022, this home is perfect for families or friends looking to escape to their own beach getaway! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic deck with peek-a-boo views of the beach!! The beach is about 200 yards away, so a very easy walk or golf cart ride away! Complete with BBQ pit, lots of outdoor seating, lighting fast wifi, 65 inch 4K TV, large dining table and open living room / kitchen, this home has it all!
We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

Summary: The house was the perfect size for us. Loved the decor! It was close enough to walk to the beach and Sharkies (bar and grill) as well as a convenience store. Beach towels and trash bags were not provided but we had brought our own. Other than those two things everything we needed was there. Check in/out was easy.

Summary: Property was very clean and beautiful. Very spacious and had everything we need to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as ever. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for you to use. They provide towels. And there is a shower outside that made it easy for the whole family to rinse off before going into the house! The owner was very communicative and responsive to all of our needs and loved that they checked up on us every once in a while thru Vrbo messages. Thank you!! Would def recommend this property!

Summary: Had such a wonderful time at this property. Russel was a great host. Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!
