Beautiful location in the Gulf Coast town of Suwannee, Florida. Two-story house with a complete apartment/unit on each floor. The ground floor unit(about 850 ) has 2 bedrooms(one queen bed,2 full beds) and one full bath. The space on the 2nd floor(about 1250 ) includes 2 bedrooms(one kind bed, one queen bed, one full bed) and 2 full bathrooms. There are two separate external stairs to second floor. We can also rent out them separately. Vrbo1310379(Downstairs unit)Vrbo1310483(Upstairs unit)Bring your boat and use the motorized boat lifts. (Only one is available for 18 to 24 ft boats) Two Kayaks for your enjoyment. Two Gas grills. Covered parking. Washer & dryer in large laundry room. WIFI. Cable television on flat screen tv. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the marsh from your private deck.10 minute boat ride to Gulf. Public boat launch less than a mile away.

Summary: Lots of space in this home in suwannee. Very clean, plenty of beds and room for blow up mattresses if needed. Only thing is the smoke alarm kept going off for no reason, wasn’t even cooking anything and it went off. Also could’ve used some rugs at the doors to stop from tracking bits of dirt in. But overall nice. Plenty of space to sit outdoors on the deck or screened in porch. Loved it.

Summary: All in all we had great time. We rented the whole House. Upstairs and downstairs to hold our whole family. Clearly they are in the process of remodeling. Can't wait to see to when it's done. You may want to take extra washcloths when you go. We only had a couple. A couple minor hiccups but we would definitely rent again.

Summary: Over all decent place needs some work doorknobs don’t work back screen door won’t open no lock on bathroom door no lights in other bathroom .down stairs need a dehumidifier musky damp smell .the sunset was marvelous everyday

Summary: Was a short 2 night get-a-way with my family and dad who was recently diagnosed with cancer. It has been over 10 years since back in Suwannee and really made it a fun time fishing for all of us. The house was wonderfully spacious and nice and clean!
