Positive: Excellent location, close to a metro station entrance. Friendly staff and almost always someone was around who could speak English. Alston went beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Clean and entertaining environment, they had music shows, card game night and more. I really enjoyed my stay. Very high quality hostel in the beautiful Suzhou!

Positive: Fantastic hostel very close to Shantang Street. The vibe is so positive, the staff were amazing. The bedroom and restrooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s just an overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Positive: The hostel is located in a great area with many shops & restaurants nearby. The metro station is right next door very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly & helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean.
Negative: The toilets & the bathroom in general was dirty & always had a bad smell. The toilets were always full of toilet paper on the floor and had a very bad smell of urine. The showers had hot water and were spacious enough however again they weren’t cleaned too often and the drain always had hair and also a bad urine smell. The sinks were also always dirty & wet and in general the bathroom really needs to be cleaned more often, and use some bleach to take away the urine smell in the toilets & showers.

Positive: The place was really good. 11th floor with a view across the city from the common area/lounge. Said lounge also had areas to work and/ or eat and there were films played on the big projector screen. Good common areas. Showers had hot wster good pressure. Rooms were nice, beds spacious and access to power outlets and seperate lights. Lockers were nice. There was also luggage storeage for before check-in and after.
Negative: In the showers there weren't really a place to hang your dry clothes and towels. There was if im not mistaken, but it was hard to do so. You could make it work, but a little hard at times.
Summary: The pictures don't lie. Its a cool spot.

Positive: The transportation is very convenient, and the subway and bus are nearby. It is also very close to the Qili Mountain Pond scenic spot. The health services are better than many of the hostels I've stayed in. Shower gel and shampoo are available at the shower place. There's hand sanitizer and toilet paper. It's like a hotel. There is a laundry room equipped with laundry beads. Common area with billiards, books, wine area. Microwave, etc. can help heat up. The location is on the 11th floor, the view is very good, is like.
