Negative: Several maintenance issues need to be attended to asap, the ducted heating didn’t work downstairs, had to put more layers on just to sit and watch tv, etc. Garage remote was not provided, luckily it was not hot weather or the car would have been like an oven due to not being able to put it in the garage. Outside area in the back was very untidy
Summary: Good location, it would be a nice place to stay if the owners rectify all the maintenance issues

Positive: This is a great house. The location is excellent. Short walk to the beach and cafes. City centre is close as is Glenelg. The trip to the hills is only about half an hour.
Negative: The bedside lighting for the bedrooms was not great. It would be a good idea for lamps each side that have higher wattage bulbs for reading.
Summary: Our stay was excellent. We had three weeks all up and the home is large and comfortable.
