Also a Cloakroom with basin and WC. In the delightful annex 'The Nest' with it's own private entrance, 1 x double bed, small lounge and en suite bathroom. Gas central heating with electric fire - Fuel and power inc. in rent. Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. External utility. Conservatory/dining room. Sunroom, Summerhouse. Living/dining room with electric fire. Smart TV, Bose Stereo Surround Sound, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
