This beautiful mountain residence is nestled in the Eagle Vail neighborhood, near the Eagle Vail Golf course and conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek Resort. Eagle Vail offers a variety of amenities, including a community salt water swimming pool, Eagle Vail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3, miles of nordic ski trails, hiking/biking trails, tennis courts, community parks and pavilion. In addition, the Eagle River is nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking. **Non-residents (guests) will need to purchase daily passes to enjoy EagleVail’s community amenities.
You’ll immediately feel at home upon entering this comfortable mountain residence. The main level features an open living and dining room with access to the outdoor patio. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace as you watch your favorite shows in the living room or step out onto the patio to enjoy the Colorado air. The patio is equipped with a gas grill and table seating for 2 and looks out onto the beautiful Eagle Vail golf course with enough yard space of your own to enjoy with friends and family. Create your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless appliances and bar seating for 4 while the dining room has space for 4 guests. The half bath is located on this level and includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Venture upstairs to find the master bedroom and bedroom 2. The master is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The master en suite features a large walk in shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2, located next to the master, has 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for those warm summer months.
This home sleeps 4 guests in 3 beds comfortably and is the perfect summer or winter mountain retreat!

Summary: We recently stayed in a charming 2-bedroom condo in Eagle Vail, and it was the perfect getaway for our family of four! The location couldn't be better, with easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. The convenience of parking and having ground-level access at both the front and rear was a huge plus, especially when carrying gear. Our kids absolutely loved playing in the snow right off the deck, creating lasting memories. The living and dining areas were spacious and beautifully presented, making it a cozy spot for family gatherings after a day on the slopes. The bathrooms were immaculate, and we appreciated the huge oversized closet for all our belongings. While the beds were a bit uncomfortable, with synthetic sheets and slightly wobbly frames, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The kitchen was functional but could benefit from some updated utensils and drawer liners. We also enjoyed lovely walks right from the back deck, surrounded by scenic views. Overall, this condo offered a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we would definitely return for another wonderful family vacation!

Summary: This property worked out very well for my son and I on our ski trip. It's as advertised - split level with ample space & light, nice finishes in bathrooms and kitchen, and well maintained. Basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies/amenities are provided. Great to have the attached garage. Wifi speed was good. Convenient by car to both Beaver Creek and Vail (10 -20 minutes to each depending on traffic & road conditions). Nice hiking paths (compacted snow) for our rest days. Good check in and check out communication. I would stay here again.

Summary: I stayed here with my wife and two children for a week skiing at Vail. Avon shopping was only 5 minutes away and the drive to Vail parking was 10 minutes. Everything was as described and the communication with the property manager made check-in and check-out very easy.

Summary: This is the second time I used itrip for my Vail holidays, and again didn’t disappointed. The quality of service, quick and easy communications make this company the difference, Kathleen was superb, she made sure we had everything we needed, and more. Very easy going and very much client focused, she made us feel looked after. The house itself was marvelous, super clean, beautiful decorated and great appliances, let alone spacious, cosy and warmth.. great view of the golf course and snowed pines.. we were able to enjoy the grill twice during our staying.. Surely we will booking this condo again!!

Summary: The condo was well equipped and the owners supplied very useful kitchen tools for cooking at home. We especially enjoyed grilling outside during our stay. The bonus amenity was the heated tile floors in the bathrooms… perfect for those early morning walks to the shower.
