Summary: Nice house with spacious private rooms, great backyard, good location, and excellent management communication. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The stairs were super steep. The bathrooms were not clean and not well stocked. No soap or body wash in the showers. Ran out of toilet tissue. Cold and flu season so Kleenex would have been nice. No bed side tables. It would be nice to have the upstairs “dining room” as a second living area. The basement had a sectional that fit all four of us sitting, no lamps. There was no where else to hang out. Light fixtures had cob webs. Laundry basket was disgusting and stained. TV was small. Would be nice to have more than 1 TV. Left this property after one night and rented another property that was very well cleaned and stocked. They even came by the morning after it snowed and shoveled the walls and drive. The other property was also less expensive.

Summary: This large home was perfect for our family’s quick vacation to Denver! It’s close to grocery stores, yummy restaurants in Olde Town Arvada (which was a neat unexpected find) and to many other things to do and see in the Denver area! We really loved its location! The beds were comfortable and we even had time to enjoy the fire pit one evening in the large, quiet yard. The patio string lights were a neat, inviting touch! Our kids all loved having their own rooms and 3 bathroom was such a nice bonus! The management was great at responding to messages and we would definitely like to stay here again when we’re in Denver next time! Thank you for a great pace to stay!

Summary: The house was perfect for our trip with enough beds for everyone. The inside has some really nice upgrades and had pretty much everything we needed! The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch! Great location! We had a great trip! Thank you!
