Negative: please more house instructions- house only provided wifi instructions (which was good) no tv/dvd instructions more towels- 4 adults and only 4 bath towels, 2 smaller towels?? beach stuff-chairs would be nice to add to the amenities!

Positive: Location was perfect. It was away from the main drag but just meant less people on the beach. The main level with kitchen and living space was on the second floor, therefore lugging all things packed was little more strenuous carrying up the stairs but having the view was worth it. It's also worth mentioning that the host/owners allow you to use their streaming apps, rather having to log into your own.
Negative: The pellet stove wasn't working (had a maintaince call in) but each space had an electric heater. We also were able to bring the electric fireplace/heater from the bedroom out into the living room for some extra heat and ambiance.

Positive: Beachfront location with easy access to the shore. Minutes away from main street in Manzanita. Well stocked kitchen. Wrap around deck upstairs was perfect for allowing dogs to move around.
Negative: One bed in particular was clearly worn out and not comfortable. Pots and pans were way past their usefulness. Upstair shower was too small and showerhead was placed way too low.

Negative: Bedrooms were dirty around windows and curtains, room was dusty, towels were heavily softened and didn’t absorb moisture, dish washer was extremely grimey inside and made us unconfident of the cleanliness of dishes, there is no hose outside despite a pet friendly beach home, bed sheets were worn out and itchy, nowhere to put your feet up

Positive: Great location! House was laid out nicely.
Negative: They had a great deck with three sliding glass doors but no screen doors. Only four tiny windows (2 up and 2 down) to cool off the house (no central air). We called the property management company but they never got back to us. We ended up buying our own fans and left the doors cracked to get a breeze which meant dealing with bugs. That only worked until it got dark when we had to close the doors or risk inviting critters in. Luckily we only had 3-4 days where the temp in the house hit upper 70s.
Summary: Great location but prepare to sweat in the summer

Positive: The location of this home was great. We could see the wild ocean from the living room and once the weather cleared, had a great beach walk. The kitchen was nicely outfitted - they will need to refill the pepper in a minute! Comfortable and convenient just as I expected! My bed was mediocre but acceptable. Decorations were nice, not overly done. Easy access to beach but over a mile to the village. In the summer that would be great! I'd come again.
