Positive: The place is BEAUTIFUL. We stayed in one of the family cottages, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, they have a water dispenser in the kitchen which was pretty handy, a sitting room, wood floors, etc. I felt I was back in England when we used to live there. Very Victorian. The pool is good size, warm and salt water, the lighting of the pool is cool, the hot tub was not working at the time. The breakfast was AMAZING, all sorts of options, a cook was cooking the eggs, bacon, sausage etc.
Negative: When I called before getting there, the person who answered was quite rude to me, we were arriving after 8 pm, and in the intructions I received via email, I was told to make arrangements if that was the case so I called. When the guy was giving me instructions he asked my email, all I said was that the email I used to book was the same one, he got angry and started raising his voice at me, I didn't want to mess up our reservation since we were traveling for more than 8 hours that day, so I kept quiet. But he was pretty rude. Instead of explaining that booking had my email but not them and that they needed it to send me some codes to enter the facility, he yelled at me. So inappropriate for customer service. That was pretty much the only bad thing. The stay was great, the facility was amazing, and the food was yummy.

Positive: Everything beautiful facility and friendly staff including an extra friendly visitor, felinous calicus. Just like home!!! Loved every second and definitely will be back.
Negative: Was disappointed by no coffee filters but then I found the coffee station in the main house win!!! NO COMPLAINTS AWESOME VENUE

Positive: The breakfasts were the very best. Home made with a wide variety of options for you to pick from. If you have specific foods you have to eat they will try to accommodate your special diet. Very clean and well organized. Fabulous staff. Would recommend this to everyone. Had a wonderful relaxing stay.
