This family friendly 3-bedroom 2 bath home is in a prime neighborhood between the Historic District of Downtown Fort Myers and the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, & Fort Myers Beach. For the golfers, the home is walking distance to the Edison Country Club golf course which is open to the public. For the kiddos, there is a neighborhood park next door with walking paths and sidewalks throughout. You are 3 miles from downtown and 10 miles from the sunny beaches. There is a huge fenced in backyard, lots of room for your furry friend, a fire pit, workout post if you want to bring your TRX, screened in patio, and an open floor plan.
