Positive: Perfect location - good size and well proportioned rooms. Lots of plates , cups glasses etc. lovely pool. Great utilities.
Negative: 3 bedrooms without air con ( but it was unseasonably warm)! Rather narrow drive way 😂😂
Summary: We were a family celebrating our sons wedding and this villa just ticked all the boxes.

Positive: The villa is nicely located, in the second line with a view of the bay. It is not a modern house, more of a beach property, but it is quite spacious, with several bathrooms and plenty of square footage for the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, although with the beautiful weather in June, we spent most of our time outside on the large terrace (and in the swimming pool). Nice that there is a good dishwasher.
Negative: Not all bedrooms have airconditioning, some have a ventilator.
Summary: Great vacation with friends in this nicely located villa with swimming pool very close to the beach.

Positive: Fantastic stay at Akrotiti, the photos don’t do it justice. In a lovely area just outside of Santa Ponsa (10 min walk) with a lovely quiet beach a 2 minute walk away. The host Alejandro is very attentive and provided a lot of good help. Lots of outside space for seating both on the terrace and around the pool. Including a good bbq. Would definitely recommend for a group

Positive: Communication with the owners was really good. Beforehand, they were good, asking when we arrived and how to enter the property. Villa was spacious and very clean. In a great location as it was very quiet, but only a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants.
Negative: As we arrived late, it would have been nice to have some water so we could have a drink. We didn't know where the shops were and would have probably been closed anyway. Would also be nice if they had a welcome book with where things are and things to do. Advise how lights and things within the villa worked. On bathroom did have a funny smell, but when we asked they were very quick in advising this was probably due to pipes not being used and to run the shower. This did sort the smell. The shared bathroom did have problems with water draining unless you took the shower off from holder and used as handheld. We didn't mention this as we could work around and there were also another 3 showers we could use.
