Your stay with us will be a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful experience. It will be your home away from home. The townhouse it’s equipped with many amenities (Kuerug coffee maker, 10” Google Nest Hub, Nest thermostats, 2 flat screen TV’s one in living room and one in master bedroom, USB charging outlets through the house, Alexa speakers in bedrooms) that will make your stay with us amazing. As you walk into the townhouse you will notice the beautiful ocean colors and the stunning bay views will ease your mind. The home has a private boat ramp and private harbor pool overlooking the Laguna Madre Bay. This gated community is quiet and only 25 miles to Mexico as is a short 9-mile drive to South Padre Island.

Because we want everyone’s stay to be the very best and have a sparkling clean home we have a NO FOOD ALLOWED PAST KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS POLICY. We also ask that you strip all bed sheets and leave them in laundry room upon checkout. Please read our Rules. We thank you for helping us to keep our home as clean as we want everyone’s stay to be consistent in cleanliness.

Summary: Sandra kindly communicated with us each time we sent her a message. This townhome is in a very pretty neighborhood, on a golf coarse, with a beautiful view of the bay & South Padre, in the distance. It is located close to the island but far enough away to be extremely peaceful! We said we wished we had a house in Laguna Vista!

Summary: Sandra and her family accommodated our family more than we could have imagined. Booking, check in, check out, was effortless. Our stay was so peaceful, the community was quiet, neighbors in passing were super friendly. The views and everything we encountered during our stay was just what we needed for our time away from home. We will definitely be going back. Summary: We had such an amazing time here! Sandra made our experience so special! We were here celebrating my husbands 50th birthday and on our arrival she stopped by with birthday balloons, snacks and some additional items for the home while we stayed. It was such a sweet gesture! The home was perfect and had everything we could need! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and when we visit again we will definitely stay here!!!

Summary: We had planned a 2 week trip to Maui, at a VRBO across the street from the beach that I have stayed at before. Because of Covid, we had to change our plans and came to Laguna Vista instead. I did not realize it would be a 25 minute drive to the beach. It was almost double the price of the property on Maui, so I was expecting a level of luxury and amenities that weren't there, but the community pool was nice and my granddaughters, 13 and 18, appreciated having their own rooms. We enjoyed the beach, nature reserves, paddleboarding, etc.

Summary: My wife, kids, and grandkids really enjoyed our stay! The house was stocked with all we needed to enjoy our two weeks. The view of the Laguna Madre over the third green made for some beautiful early mornings as we drank our coffee on the upstairs balcony. There were lots of seabirds for my granddaughter to look at. The pool area was fantastic, and the water was crystal clear. I enjoyed all the amenities, but I guess my teenage son enjoyed making Google play songs the most😂. The grill worked great, and we cooked several meals on it. The blender and the ice maker kept us stocked up on margaritas and piña coladas. We used the house a lot, because this year everybody wanted to just really unwind. We were close enough to Port Isabel and the Island to go shopping, eat or do the beach days when we wanted to. We loved the kitchen and the laundry area. We cooked lots of bacon and eggs while drinking our Keurig coffee! We also loved the cool swing chair! The Bella Vista family were very accommodating and understanding of our needs, and we hope to come back again in the near future! Thanks much!

Summary: We played golf, enjoyed the beautiful pool and enjoyed hosting friends and family. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill on the patio almost daily. Sandra, the owner, was amazing to work with and took care of everything we needed. We would love to go back again next winter!
